1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and purchasing a VipsATV subscription, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Usage & Restrictions

Each subscription is intended for individual or family household use based on the number of simultaneous screens purchased:

• Single-Screen Plans: Limited to streaming on exactly 1 device at a time.
• Multi-Screen Plans: Limited to streaming on up to 2 or 3 devices simultaneously, depending on your plan.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your login details (M3U or Xtream API credentials) with people outside your household or reseller sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in automatic, permanent suspension without a refund.

3. Payments & Delivery

All packages are prepaid for the specified duration (3, 6, or 12 months). There are no auto-renewals or hidden contract commitments. Once payment is confirmed, login credentials are delivered automatically to your email within 1–5 minutes. If your credentials do not arrive within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support via WhatsApp.

4. Disclaimer & Uptime

We strive for a 99.9% streaming server uptime with integrated anti-freeze and load-balancing technology. However, temporary server disruptions, channel reshuffling, or connection drops due to third-party broadcaster outages can occur. VipsATV does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific channel, and we reserve the right to alter channel lineups without notice.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction. By subscribing, you represent that you will use our services in compliance with all local laws and respect digital content rights policies.
